Returns & Warranty Claims
If you received a damaged product or believe your LifeWand is not functioning as intended, please contact us at support@lifewand.com
Be sure to:
- Include your original order number
- Attach a photo or short video of the issue, if possible
- Let us know how it was stored and if it had been previously used
Please note: Devices that have been tampered with or taken apart are not covered under warranty.
